      I had over 3k in matco and snap on mechanics tools get stolen out of my storage bin. I called to report the issue and they said no cameras are working.?? Next day I called back again and they blocked my phone number, i called off a different phone and the mf answered and he stuttered like a drunk crackhead.This place is a scam, they dont have security cameras like the website says. They make there own ****** reviews, its obvious because they have over ten new reviews just one week ago and the reviews are stating exactly what they dont do for people.. Your stuff is not safe. They will charge your bank account twice a month. I cant wait to run into the owner or the maintenance guy

      This review is littered with inaccurate information. First off, this wasn't ****** unit, it was his mothers. He wasn't on the lease. When my manager met him, his lock was still on the unit. How was it broken into? He then claimed that his stepdad stole his items. We do have cameras, and he asked that we review 3 weeks of footage and had no solid timeline of when this event happened. This is not possible.We absolutely do not make up reviews. We put a push on recently to get more reviews, and you can see on ****** that has happened, and the majority are 4+ stars.The reviewer was never blocked.Double charging? Where is this evidence?My manager *** with gladly meet him and the ************** there to sort out his issue if that is what he requests.The review is inaccurate and also contains threats that are inappropriate.Big Ring Storage has 1000+ customers over 9 locations and our overall ****** rating is 4+
