Practical Homes Services (PHS) stated they removed a load bearing wall when removing a coat closet out of the common area of the house.Charges were for installing a new beam in the attic and installing a beam in the living area. Work was done without permit. I was charged for the installation of a beam, during a walk through ********* misspoke and revealed the the beam was a faux made from boards as decorative purposes. Not agreed on.I was changed over $4000 for electric work by an electrician, that was actually done by ***. There was for example an open junction box in the attic, outlets did not work, lights were set wrong. The master bath required the removal of a large window, which was covered with a siding board, poorly caulked allowing moisture from the outside elements to enter. The wall was not insulated allowing a cold draft to enter, and shortly after the dry wall was failing. The shower tile was poorly installed the backer wall not secured, and when this had to be repaired the whole wall fell in.The shower pan was not secured, and movement showed cracks immediately after. The tile floor was directly installed on the subfloor causing failure right away. (This bathroom was not usable yet). Material had to be repurchased again by me, the owner. The ******** systems which were purchased at the flooring store on my flooring bill were not used in my house but in the shower for ********* who at the same was renovating his own home. I have not been reimbursed as of today. The roof was replaces by PHS, they said they would replace all parts on the roof that another roofing company estimate named. *** always gave a general description of their work. This was also not done. Many more items that ere clearly deceptive and fraudulent I was charged me for. I was not aware.I found them to be squatting in my house. I have photos to proof this.I am not able to give all the areas of fraud and deception. This guy works for cash so it is hard to trace his income.
