    ******************** that SNM Contractors LLC cannot continue the work on an agreed work. Prior to Feb 11, ******************** received, a total of $3,774.00 from me. We havent heard from either ******************************** or ******************** since Feb 11. On Feb 17, 2023, we sent a Certified Letter to ********************************, to remind her of the $3,774.00 owed to me for her to pick up the tools and equipment that ******************** had abandon on our property. I vehemently believe that *********************************** and her co-worker, Mr. ******************************* premeditatedly orchestrated this scheme to defraud us. We believe this, because ******************************** and ******************** abruptly left their residence at ******************************************** to **********, **. I know this, from the ** ************** Tracking System. The System tracked the Certified Letter that was primarily mailed to ******************************** and ********************** Residence in *******, **. However, the certified letter had been forwarded to **********, **, on Feb 28, 2023, where the letter was picked up. Additionally, in hindsight, we noticed the inconsistencies and unpredictability of ********************** work schedule from the onset of the project. We also believe that the Owner, ******************************** lack the number of workers required to properly assist ******************** from the beginning of the agreed work. At no time, did we saw any other worker or workers other than ******************** in our property at a given time.In conclusion, we are submitting this complaint to try to recoup our losses and most importantly, to make the public aware of the fraudulent nature they can expect from the Owner of SNM Contractors LLC, *********************************** and her co-worker, Mr. ******************************** People like this must be dealt with appropriately and face consequences for their illegal actions.
