    To whom this may concern,I am filing this complaint regarding a recent purchase that I made from SNAP Supplements on Amazon.com. I recently purchased (on 1/25/2023 and again on 3/06/2023) the **** "Heart Health Supplements" 270ct./ea. from their Amazon.com Store Front. After reading reviews, I had high hopes for these supplements to bring down my daughter's recent diagnosis of high blood pressure for her next scheduled doctor's visit. She was taking the supplements as directed on the bottle three capsules twice daily for almost three months. And when I noticed that they were running low, so I immediately purchased her a second set of three bottles without knowing whether or not these supplements were even working as proposed. Well, my daughter had a doctor's *********** to re-check her blood pressure. And much to my dis***********, the doctor said that there was NO change in my daughter's ** and prescribed a pharmaceutical medicine.Needless to say, I contacted Amazon.com regarding my refund according to the **** "90-Day Product Guarantee" on both of my purchases which totaled over $200 after taxes. But the Amazon representative informed me that they do not issue refunds for products such as supplements. And she then gave me the **** contact information and stated that I needed to contact the manufacturer since the refund/guarantee needed to be honored by ****. So, I contacted **** and spoke to a representative whose name was ****** back on 3/24/2023. And (at 4:10 P.M.) per his instructions, I sent an email to ********************************** regarding this matter and to officially request a refund based on the **** 90-Day Guarantee. Well, it has been almost a month since that email, and to date SNAP Supplements has yet to honor their product guarantee by issuing me my refund. And frankly, after the way that I have been treated in this matter and by the companys obvious lack of reply to my written request, they are certainly in breach of their stated warranty.

    We have made multiple attempts to contact the customer through voicemail, unfortunately, we have not received a response yet. In order to address the issue at hand, we have taken the proactive step of issuing a full refund for both transactions. Our team has exhaustively searched for the customer's email address, however, it was not found. We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and remain committed to resolving all outstanding matters to the best of our ability.

    Moreover, we are truly sorry that the product did not meet the expectations of the customer's daughter. Our goal is to assist all of our customers in achieving better health and a more comfortable lifestyle. We appreciate the opportunity to serve our customers and are committed to continuously improving our products and services.
