    A friend of mine sent my Package using this *** store last Nov. 15, 2023. Payed $40 for the delivery service. Suppose to arrived 2 days after. Tracking # 1Z33E99X4245571060. Every time I check the status it never moved from the Store. So I called the Store on why my package has not arrived or moved from their store ( 11.26.2023 ). The Store Manager that I have talk too filed a claim to their **************** to start an Investigation on what happen to my Package and told me that it usually take 8weeks ( Claim # ************* ). Called them back around the 6th week and get an update. They did not have any, so I ask for the ************ number to ask instead. Talk to the ************ and process my claims. Jan. 10 2024 received an email about the claim being investigated. 2days later email came from *** ************ saying that they are denying my Claims due to *** driver did not signed any Log for my package nor my package was even there. Talk to the Store Manager again and ask them why Deny my claim when they physically received my package. They sent a dispute ( Jan. 19, 2024 ). Waited for 3 weeks and have not yet received and update on my Package nor my Claim. Called the Store and they said they cant do anything about since its the ***************** decision. So I called ************ to ask about and update ( Jan. 7, 2024 ) and the Rep. told that their Supervisor was supposed to give the Store a call about my claim and she will follow it up to their Supervisor. Its been almost a week now since then and I have been trying to call them and cannot reach them till today.Nov. 15, 2023 - Sent my package and they Lost it Feb. 13, 2024 - Still has not resolved my Issue with the ***. Still has not gotten my Package nor my Claim My Package Contains ( Brand New IPhone 15, my Wife Wedding and Promise Ring, Tempered glass and Phone Case. )Tracking # 1Z33E99X4245571060 Claim # ************* The UPS Store #5799 *****************************************************************
