      We ordered new laminate counter tops on 7/9. They were installed with unsatisfactory workmanship. They returned in November to repair the countertops. All countertops were not repaired. They said that they would return and repair the last counter top. They did not return. Currently, the repaired countertops are lifting from the base material. And we still have the counter top with the pattern literally filed off still installed in our kitchen. We have asked for a refund and were refused.

      I sold ***** his counter tops in good faith. We built his decking and added the laminate. He was satisfied and paid in full. He then called me and said he was having issues and we came back out and  saw his complaint and redid the countertops again like he asked. I replaced new decking and new laminate at no cost to him. I asked them if they were happy said it looked great and signed off on it again this was in November. Then they called again and said they were not happy and demanded money back. I apologized and said We dont offer refunds but I would replace the countertops. He then threatened me with his lawyer and told me I was gonna pay. Inland interiors and design as a company responded fixed and followed through with his complaint with no problem I was glad to help. Since we do not give refunds on special orders and it is clearly marked all over our store. What am I supposed to do if the home owner is not allowing me to follow through. Our goal is not to do unsatisfactory work and customer satisfaction is what aim for every time. Thank you ***** R *******.

      I am rejecting this response because: Inland Design agreed that the original installation was not a professional job, therefore we did not agree that the countertop was fine.  When they reinstalled the countertop by the stove, the countertop ripped from the base and they said that they would repair it.  This states that we were not happy.  We later called and said that the laminate was lifting on the new base that they installed.  We asked for our money back, even if we had to get a lawyer involved.  The countertop repair just had new problems and is still not a professional job.
