    It is advisable to refrain from considering this company. We have been engaged in an unresolved dispute with Dynamic Decks for over three years. In March 2021, we commissioned **** to construct our deck, which initially met our expectations upon completion in late May. However, after less than a year of use, we encountered numerous issues, the most significant being extensive mold growth. Improper drainage has resulted in water accumulating beneath the deck, causing mold to develop on the tongue and groove pine panels. Additionally, the presence of exposed nails, gaps in the fascia boards, and splitting at the seams pose further concerns. Upon discovering these issues, we contacted **** immediately. He visited the site, acknowledged the problems, and revealed that this was his first project involving tongue and groove construction. He assured us he would obtain a solution for the mold, but this would not address the underlying water retention issue, allowing mold to persist. Despite his repeated promises to find a solution, our numerous attempts to reach him have yielded no resolution. During his last visit, he stated he would rectify the situation and provide us with a cost estimate for the necessary repairs. This matter is fundamentally a construction issue for which he should bear financial responsibility, given that he is bonded, insured, and our deck is under warranty. He subsequently quoted us $4,000, which is unacceptable. Consequently, we have no alternative but to seek legal counsel.

    10 years ago my mother hired **** of Dynamic Decks to remove our old 10x10 wooden deck and stairs and replace it with an newly enlarged and reconfigured 20x14 deck with Azek decking and black metal railings. **** did the entire project, demo, construction and installation all himself. We couldnt have been more thrilled and satisfied with the quality of our beautiful deck. I have and will continue to recommend **** of Dynamic Decks to anyone wanting exceptional quality craftsmanship.
