      Worst landlord I ever had Gigi *** with Full Service PM ******* ** she breaks all sorts of Landlord tenants rights and harassed us during our move out, this company will be speaking to my lawyer and ****** ***** entered our last rental with this company with out permission to enter with out us present and nor a 48hr written nor verbal notice all of which I have documents of including text messages.

      Hello ******.

      **** sent me the email string between you and her regarding the move out.  As best as I can tell, **** followed all of the necessary protocols and legal processes as mandated by the State of Washington.  Your claim she breaks tenants rights and harassed you is simply erroneous, inflammatory, and libelous.  Your constant mentioning of your lawyer -- both in your communication with **** as well as here in your review -- is inflammatory and non-productive.  

      I normally defer to the customer and apologize copiously when I find we have done something wrong.  (It happens...we aren't perfect.)  In this case, I can find nothing wrong except for unsupported, inflammatory remarks by you.  ******** ******** once said "You can catch more flies with honey than sugar."  I suggest you take that comment under careful consideration.  

      **** did absolutely nothing to earn this kind of disrespect.  You immediately went to your 'lawyer' rhetoric for absolutely no justified reason.  Maybe you were having a bad day or bad time.  That is no reason or excuse to treat **** (or anyone) that way unless/until they behave badly.  

      Yes, we have the same text/email thread that you have.  

      Please refrain from disparaging our company name for no good reason.  I will ask the BBB to delete this frivolous review.

      I have been waiting for a deposit to be refunded for 5 months. All calls and emails have been excused or ignored. While a tenant with them, we continued to have communication issues and at one point, had to wait 6 months to have a blown over fence repaired.

      Hello *******. 

      A move out calculation along with associated funds was remitted on Jan. 28, 2024 in the amount of $5,785.19.  An email was sent along with it to your email account.  I find it hard to believe you waited 5 months for a $5,000 refund.

      I also find it hard to believe that you could not reach anyone over 5 months.  We were your landlord.  You had multiple documents and communication from us with contact information.  We have a public website with our contact information.  We are not operating in a black hole.  Nor do we keep tenants' security deposits.  That is illegal!!

      The monies were deposited electronically in the same bank account with which you paid rent.  We have had tens of thousands of electronic transfers occur without any interference or hacking.  If you closed that account then the monies would have been returned to ** and we have not seen that. 

      I recommend you go back through your transactions between Jan. 28 and Feb. 10 to see if you can find it.  It takes transactions a few days to transfer because the banks have to do secure handshakes back and forth multiple times to prevent fraud.

      If you still cannot find it then email me at ************************************** or call me at ************.  I am the *** and will make sure we get this all sorted out.  Please do not wait another 5 months or I will not remember!    

      As for the fence, I am glad it got fixed.  Our records show no work orders for a fence nor any communication from you regarding a fence being down.  Most likely it was the neighbor's responsibility...for which we have no control over..

We needed to get into a lease quickly due to a move and ************** was responsive, flexible with his time and got ** into a new home in a matter of days. Cant thank ************** and Full Service enough for looking after my family during this transition and I would recommend to anyone looking for reputable company.

      I was amazed with the care and attention to help my family get in a home that ************************* provided. I was advised of every step needed and each time ******* would follow through. Together you-all make a great team. We love the home as well, they provide such beautiful and well kept properties. NEED A PLACE TO LIVE? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FULL SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY P.S. ASK FOR *************************. TELL HIM ****** SENT YOU. I love there management style, the tenant portal is so nice and easy going to get anything done from paying rent to requesting a service. They have truly streamlined the whole process.

      The Service Team and Management Team at Full Service Property Management excel in communication and quick response on rental-related items or issues. **** who is the service technician, did a high-caliber job with an electrical-related repair. He was thorough in his approach and uncovered the source of what caused the problem. He was very professional and completed the job that day in a short amount of time. The managers, *** and ***** are wonderful to work with and they are super responsive. The Resident Portal is easy to navigate and accommodating to address anything property related.
