    I ordered chainplates on October 17th 2023 and was told they would be ready in 12 to 14 weeks and was told it required a 50% deposit and they charged $1000 to my debit card. 7 months pass I call them they said they are in the machine shop be ready at end of week and ready to ship I said ok I'll go ahead and pay the balance. The lady ***** said well I don't have your invoice infront of me but when I call you at the end of the week I'll have total for you but with shipping your probably going to be at $1140. Never called me that week or for 2 more months and when I called back which was 6/13/2024 I was told that ***** wasn't in the office but she would call me on Friday never called and I wad looking at online banking over that weekend and noticed my account was missing money so I looked and it was from Port Townsend Foundry for $1392 they never emailed me called they just went and charged my account without me authorizing the payment which was more than originally quoted. And the chainplates are defective. When I emailed to let them know about the defective items I was told that I didn't know what I was talking about and if I didn't like to send them back. Which I'm not going to do because I don't trust these people it's been proven you can't trust anything they say they will do or would do
