    On 6/21/23 I was taken in by 'Online Profit DNA' ******************* and paid $47 for more information. They are located in ******, **. From there I found myself unfortunately being somehow convinced to open an **************** Blue Card. I am usually very careful about credit cards and to keep the balance low, so this required some fast talking. Somehow I played along and they charged $6,900 to enter into an agreement for the education and support to build me a website and business. This included getting an EIN# PayPal account, Stripe account, Business name (The Kitty *********** and more. My "niche" was cat products. I was set up with a drop shipper, Doba ($127.99 every 3 mo). Later (last Fri, 10/13/23) I found Doba was just being used for training purposes and they were bad mouthed as being a ********** and not great to work with. I was told to get my own suppliers. Prior to this I was pressured to get extra help for another $2,3,or 4K. I have a learning disability (dyscalcula) so I played along ($3K) knowing I would need all the help I could get even though some red flags flew, I hoped and prayed this was legit. I retired 2.5 years ago and am living on just social security and a very small annuity. This was done with high pressure deadlines and all the excuses they could muster. The training was hurried and sloppily done leaving me very confused. I'm working with ****************, but they can't legally do more. "Warhead" does the training in small sections to not overwhelm and drag it out longer. There are additional players along with Xceed Media. Fulfillment Pros who take $99.99/mo for maintenance of sorts, They only got paid for Aug/Sept and have been blocked. Then there is Kreative, LLC, the branding agency for web design in ***********. They have horrible reviews I wish I had read sooner mirroring my experience. XM will give me a partial refund only, but I am not willing to accept their offer. There is much more I would like to add!     I have been made aware that since our conversation you have filed a dispute with the BBB.
    As previously advised we will now need to halt all discussions unless it revolves around resolving this matter

    I called back ***************** who I thought was with Xceed.  Now he is from Fulfillment Pros.  They are a big part of this but my **************** account shows the large purchases were through Xceed.  Fulfillment Pros was $99.99/mo, and I wasn't even asking for a refund as that was only taken out x2 mo.  My records show this was all done through AmEx, however he is stating that my Discover card covered $3,500 and my **** covered $6,500 to FP.  I am now very confused.
    I do see where my Discover was charged $3,500 on 7/31/23.  I have not had an opportunity to find my **** yet.  This will take me more time to wrap my head around as I know I did not do a balance transfer to AmEx.  I know I did take around $10K out of my measly *** to pay down the cards.  My learning disability/Dyscalcula  makes this even worse for me and I am extremely stressed and frustrated.  **** wants an answer by 1PM today PT (3PM CT).
    He said now that I have contacted the BBB, they are no longer able to negotiate further or something to that effect.  When I called AMEX for information initially they said the charges were from Xceed Media, and they specifically stated I should speak with them and even provided the phone #.
    This has become a maze of confusion and I don't want to be taken advantage of any more than I have been already.  I am not in a position to trust any of this information now and certainly need more direction and time than what they want to provide.  Please advise.

    Regarding my case # ********, I have had much difficulty reaching anybody to ask simple questions before 
    I agree to a resolution.  Xceed Media has agreed to refund me $5,000, however they want me to state in this
    email that this has been resolved prior to the reimbursement.  

    I have spoken with several professionals who stated it sounds almost like blackmail. I was finally able to 
    reach BBB rep in another office who stated I could receive the refund first and then send the email that it
    was received.  He also let me know that if the amount stated is not received, I can reopen the complaint again.

    I also need to know what is the best way to receive this refund?  It can't go back onto the old AmEx card as that account 
    has been closed.  I was advised against giving my account information, routing number for my checking account, but
    I am also not trusting of snail mail.

    I would appreciate some suggestions. I hope this makes sense.

    I prefer this be addressed to *********************** at Xceed as he is who I have been dealing with.

    PLease be advised that the case #******** between myself and Xceed Media Group has been resolved.

    I am told they will send a full refund to my **************** card as soon as they receive notification from 
    you that this email has been received.

    I also would like to add that I regret what I stated in the previous email about it feeling like blackmail.  At the
    time I was upset about how long it was taking to have resolution by waiting for emails with you as the go between.
    For the most part they have been reasonable, and I was overreacting.

    Initially I enrolled in Website ********* via ******** and paid $67 on July 24, 2023 and $97 on July 25, 2023 hoping to start my own online business of selling products. This website offers a web design Software called "Warhead." So I was to follow along with Warheads Videos and Training and called ************* for support and they directed me for more help which connected me with the people from Xceed Media Group. They told me by just checking my credit ability to pay and build a business account for later use; they pushed me to sign without reading their contract via cellphone at 21:00 on July, 26 2023 and setup a credit Card to pay for the service. The Program cost me $8000. After that they did not contact me, so I panicked and contacted them to cancel everything within 3 business days (there was a weekend July 29 and 30, 2023). ******* with whom I talked called me stupid and refused to cancel. I did not get a call from the mentor until 6 days later. My website wasn't setup and running within 3 days how I suppose to TRY IT or VERIFY IT. They did not give me any receipt for this charge. I canceled all services WesupportSupport and I called Chase credit card service and changed my credit card for a new one. But by the time I was charged a $8000 on my credit card. I did not get any service from Xceed Media Group and I want to get a refund of my money.

    I know some bad companies out there but this one takes the cake. I HAVE A TEAM ON 5 PEOPLE. WE TRY THESE BUSINESSES TO SEE WHICH IS LEGIT. THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST. THEY WILL TELL YOU THEY HAVE TONS OF SATISFIED CUSTOMER...B.S. They pressure you into signing up. They say whatever they know you want to hear. Once you pay and the 3 days past, It becomes a nightmare. **************** is the worst; Terrible attitude and incompetent people. You have to do everything yourself. You don't even get a fully working website. They create a template site and tell you "it's your business you have to do it yourself". The "trainings" are 30mins but the actual work you have to do to get your business live is tons on hours. YOU'RE MUCH BETTER OF PAYING SOMEONE ON FIVERR TO BUILD YOU A MUCH NICER WEBSITE FOR LESS THAN 1/3 OF THE ***** AND DO THE MARKETING. DON'T BE SCAMMED, DO YOUR RESEARCH. They said you only need 10/hrs a week to do this and see results in 6 months and no more payments. ALL LIES. I was willing to do 20hrs/week.. Still not nearly enough time to see any money before a year. ****, who worked there for over 20years, He'll tell you the truth. PLEASE DON'T DO IT IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY. FIVERR, ******** AND AMAZON, AND OTHER COMPANIES CAN GET YOU MUCH BETTER ODDS FOR MUCH LESS.

    i sent Xceed Media Group the following email/letter Hi my name is ***************************** and I joined Xceed Media Group on August 26 2022 Hoping to start my Own online Business of selling products. My website was setup and they asked me to review it so support can set my website live.I was told By the ************************* when he filled in for Login Hjermstand to not list anything lower then $50 so I upload high priced Items but now I think they are way to high and I am telling this to Support so I can speak to a Marketing Agent But I have not heard from a Marketing agent yet after emailing Support 3 times now.     We apologize for the delayed response, the notification was buried in our spam folder otherwise we would have responded much sooner.

    It is critical to note that ********************** did approve his website and was set live on 12/9/2022. Was forced to accept the website by ******************************* in order for her to Continue with my Training.   I was also told by a ************************* to He told me to take off any products lest than $50 and to add top dollar products which became real high to sell

    We struggled to find an actual complaint in Mr. ********** submission
    Are you kidding me tried to call and sent messages to marketing notices that
    I wanted the high priced items on my website removed but that would have been to much work for them.
     other than his first appointment to discuss marketing was only available on 1/11/2023 that he did accept however did not honor as ********************** did not answer or return our call on 1/11/2023. Yes I did not answer the call from ***** in marketing  on 1/11/23  I was done wrote xceed Media that I was no longer interested in the Product it was all a scam

     ********************** makes several allegations that indicate Xceed Media Group is somehow culpable for decisions that are solely Mr. ********** to make such as: ? What method of payment to use, ? Annual fee of a credit card ********************** applied for and accepted  Ha your inexperienced agent Login Hjermstand was in a hurry to get me started and just grabbed **************** with $384 annual Fee
    Which I cancelled and got another card from my bank which I have to pay off $3484 which is my reason for a Refund!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Xceed Media Group exercises a multi-step process to ensure the entirety of the description of services are clear to the client as well as Xceed Media Group.
    How clear can it be when you dont get to see procuct results you state
    My website was ready for approval on 12/9/2022 Thats I lot longer than 3 days count them from 8/26/22 to 12/9/22    I count 124 days not 3 days
     ********************** made his purchase with Xceed Media Group on Friday 8/26/2022 after his proposed package was verified on a recorded line. ********************** spoke with one of our representatives on 8/29/2022 which happened to be the very next business day and not 6 days as ********************** claims. If ********************** had any reservations about his purchase he could have chosen to exercise his right to the 3 day rescind period outlined in our contract and covered during our recorded verification and the transaction could have been voided by submitting a written request as outlined in our agreement.

    Ha once again you dont tell the customer BUT YOU WONT GET TO SEE YOUR WEBSITE FOR 124 DAYS OR MORE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Yes I could not make calls to Xceed Media before 11am EST because the where 3hrs behind me in ********** PST so I had to wait around most times until 1 or 2pm so the agent didnt have to start before 8am PST   no biggie there
    appointments with our support staff leading up to 12/2/2022 where ********************** spoke with a technician for 30 minutes and 52 seconds. The only calls made after 12/2/2022 were the 2 calls our marketing specialist made to
