    It took me about 10 phone calls to finally get ahold of the owner and make an appointment. He spent little over 1 hour "detailing and doing shampoo on my seats & carpets" (I paid total $275). How 1 hour enough for properly "detailing" an entire SUV? Upon checking my car, I found NUMEROUS spots where he did not even wipe down & do basic cleaning (with TRASH STILL STUCK!!!). I showed those spots and addressed the issue of their poor work to the owner). When he could not find excuses, he lost his temper, started SWEARING & VERBALLY ABUSING me. Here are the just a few of many things that were said to me: "FUCKING BULL ****," "FUCKING, ~" "DUMBASS," "FUCK YOU," "BITCH," AND also said a racial insult as he drove off. I video recorded his rampage yet he simply did not care and continued the verbal abuse. He seemed comfortable verbally assaulting me like this in my own driveway. I am sharing the video with BBB to make sure they are aware. I am baffled to be mistreated like this by someone I hired and paid $275 for less than basic work I got. Brown **** would have done a better job with $50. He cashed my check and never apologized for his unacceptable, abusive, lunatic & trashy behavior. He clearly has anger problems and *I'm scared that he might do something crazier next time when he loses his temper.* Please go get some help with your anger and go take a business 101 class. NO basic human decency and respect with this guy. Shame on you.
