      Unfinished work: Broken window upstairs that builders have been notified but never came to replace. Asked about multiple times. Asked for someone to check on interior corners of walls due to splitting and cracking (in multiple rooms) they said a drywall repair worker would be coming but no one has came to check or repair cracking. (Possible foundation issue but never checked by workers) **** in pantry leading into light fixture. Light no longer works. Had previous discussion but then no one responded to second attempt. Water Heater: needs to be replaced due to going from hot to cold, especially during winter (they sent a technician one time but still continuing to have the same issues)- neighbor had similar issue and they replaced the unit. Digging by new settlement not one but two holes less than 10 feet from my driveway. I am unable to back up safely, and have to drive on my grass/sprinkler heads to get out. Company asked to use water for 30 minutes but sounded near 1 hour or more of use. Spoke with city worker and asked if my bill would be overcharged due to this, he stated no but billing has not came out yet. Warranty on new construction home is now expired but we have prior texts back and forth in regards to fixing the house prior to expiration. Unable to get ahold of anyone. They will not respond to text or calls.

      I have reviewed the response made and they are completely lieing in regards to this complaint. They may not be a construction company but they are new home builders that built my house. They have no respect for former and current customers.

      Good morning *******,

      I am ****************** the owner of CDB Construction. I looked through each of  the pictures you attached and it looks as though there is some drywall cracking that needs addressed. However, this is normal cracking caused by settling of the home. I'm not sure who you were trying to reach with the company and perhaps it is someone who no longer works here as this is the first I have heard of these issues. I'm not sure why your realtor hasn't mentioned them to me either as I have a close personal relationship with him.

      You probably don't remember me but I was on site during the roads construction when we were blocking your driveway. We spoke briefly when you informed me it was ok to be there but that you had to leave in soon and I responded that we could move our vehicles at anytime. I know road construction can be frustrating especially on your road as there isn't much room however, we are trying to get it done as quickly as possible. We are currently being held up by the City as their chlorination machine isn't working.

      Please feel free to tell the guys no if you do not want them to use your water. I would prefer that than to have ill feeling or for someone to fell they are being taken advantage of. Please let me know what the additional water cost is.

      In regards to your water heater, it is an on demand water heater so if you use hot water, shut it off, then turn it back on again there will be a short spell of cold water as the water in the line has cooled. This is exacerbated in the winter due to the cold conditions.

      Date: Started on Sept 22,2022 and lasted until the current time Who: ************ that built my house What business committed to provide, but did not: Plumbing for a new construction home across the street from my house Issue: There is a crushed Sewer line attached to the main city line from my house, and now there is sewage leaking backed up on my property's front yard Resolution: There is none, can not get a hold of the company to fix the problem, they left vacant houses across the street because city shut them down due to no permits
