    Deceptive Business practices.This complaint has also been filed with the *************************, as I suspect this business is praying on Sr. *********** July 14 I got a schedule, scope of work, and quote for Pest Services to be performed at our residence the following Friday, July 18th. I was quoted a discounted price $160, for warranty ant spray, spider spray and wasp spray for all work to be done at once. I summarized scope schedule and price twice, which the operator agreed to.a few hours after the spray service I was sent an invoice for $500 with tax. I wrote them back and asked them to correct the invoice, and to call me back. No one of authority will call me back, and requesting it in email several times, they are insisting on their bait and switch invoice of $460 plus tax. No one of authority sill call me to hear what actually happened.I fear I may not be the only Senior Citizen they are trying to scam

    There was a misunderstanding between my office assistant and Mr. ********* He was offered a discount of $160. And Mr. ******** thought the total cost would be just $160. 

    The standard public costs for a Spider sweep and spray ($325), and a wasps removal ($275) are clearly stated on our website ************* 

    We had a talk on the phone 2 hours ago, and settled for $200. Which Mr. ******** has already paid.
