      The customer service is absolutely horrible! They turned off my phone because they said I didn't return a phone...even though I gave them proof that they have received the phone,and the lady,who's name is ***,admitted to having received the phone. Still refusing to restore my service and then lying to my face by saying they haven't got the phone...even though I have proof they do. The problem is...home many people have they done this to?! Charging the tax payers for the service that people aren't getting. Something you might want to look into. I do also have all of the recorded for proof. Thank you!

      My cousin in I went into the ******** store in Easton in ******** ****. We were told by a representative ***** that since my account was changed to ******** and my cousins account was Sprint, we were offered different promotions to trade are old phones in., They told us since our phones were damaged, we had to file a claim with insurance to get the phone repaired. ***** advised us he had put notes in our account so that anyone that looked into the account would be able to give us the promotion. We had our phones repaired and went back to the store.***** then tells us because a new phone dropped the promotion dropped off. We spoke with a supervisor at the store, ***** who stated there was nothing she could do and to contact customer care. We contacted customer care when we walked out of the store. I spoke with a manager ******* who stated he had the authority to approve the promotion amount. He stated he would call me back in 2 days. ******* never called back. Called customer care on 8/24/22. Spoke with supervisor ***. He stated he would call back in 48 hours. No call back. On 8/27/22 Spoke with supervisor *****. She promised to call back. No call back. Called back spoke with escalation ***** and supervisor **** on 8/29/22. He promised his manager would call me back. I won't hold my breath. Terrible customer service- over promise no delivery. BTW my cousin went through Sprint and gave her the promotion promised with no problems. Really!!! I just want to promotion I was offered.

      I was approved for free service and I haven't gotten my phone yet because it's lost in the mail. I keep calling customer service and they are no help at all. When I ask for a supervisor I either get hung up on or transferred all over before the call drops.

      So I switched over from boost mobile to ******** and I have had the worst experience of my life. They told me if I traded my XR I would get the iPhone 7 free. They said they made a mistake and put that the phone I traded in was an 11 not an XR so they had to charge me for my phone the iPhone 12 the full price of $800 and they took my XR and would not give it back. They gave me $150 instead that was enough for my brand-new XR that was in perfect condition.

      Free Phone that is not free. I have contacted Tmobile 6 times since March, 2022 about this. Every time I was told the following month I would see credits. My last contact was August 9, 2022. They finally refunded me for the 6 months I already paid and assured me the credits would pick up from there. I just got my September **** and sure enough, I am being charged for the phone again! They have admitted the store did not do the transaction/redemption process correctly and that is why the error happened. I was a Sprint customer and turned in my perfectly good phone because Sprint is now part of Tmobile and you get a free phone because we want you to sign a 2 year contract and become a locked in Tmobile customer. Im fine with the contract, but for gods sake either give me my old phone back or credit me for the phone!! I should not have to spend hours upon hours EVERY month to get what was promised. My husband and son did the same trade at the Tmobile store on ************, ********** ** and theres NO problem, the credits are being applied. We are ALL on the same plan! My mistake was I went to the **********, **********, ** store. Why is this so hard. I will continue to escalate this matter until it is resolved permanently!

      I have been a customer since before 2008. Since the merge, the service is horrible. Dropped every call even inside of . They instructed me that if i didn't upgrade to Tmobil my service would end so gave me a phone to upgrade-for free! Until i ended my service with them. I had to pay $800 out of pocket for the phone or they were going to put it against my credit. Now they will not unlock the free phone that i had to pay $800 for. I have called many times and put in many help tickets. Every representative that i have spoken to is combative and argumentative. Horrible. ZERO STARS

      I paid off 2 phones on my account a year ago and they were still charging me as leasing the phones. I called to have this fixed as I already paid for the phone plus have paid the "payoff" amount of $62.00 per line 6 months ago. My billing cycle is 6/19/22-7/18/22. I made my payment on 7/20/22 of $367.47 which brought my balance to $0. I cancelled my service on 7/21/22 after being with the company since 2007. The payoff according to the customer service rep was $374.95 for a phone on my plan that was not paid off (which is completely ok). Payment was made in full and account was closed. Today I rec'v a **** for another $336.68. I have spent hours on the phone with representatives which is the reason I cancelled my service to begin with. I should not have a final payment as per the customer service representatives that I spoke with twice, gave me the amount that was needed to cancel services. SPRINT should be ashamed of themselves. This company is a FRAUD. Take it out of the paychecks of the people I spoke with that SPRINT hired. I am saddened that I have to leave 1 star, should be 0 like the company.

      Sprint now ******** is a joke! I just spent 2 1/2 hours on a chat with three different people, and nothing became of it! I followed all their instructions and still got no results! After about 1 hour and 15 minutes the operator hung up on me on purpose, because I asked for the chat transcript! Because he couldnt help me and I swear he was either helping someone else while chatting with me, OR: maybe he was going slooooooooowwwwww on purpose!? They dont know what they are doing there, tell me: how would putting your phone on airplane mode help with anything? I powered down my phone numerous times, took the *** card out, even was instructed to put my phone back to factory settings! And guess what? All this because they are trying to text me a code! Im not receiving any texts from them. I used to receive a million texts from them when it was still Sprint. Now that its ********* nothing!!! I was told it has nothing to do with the change over. Well: still no texts from them to me! In the meantime I received about a hundred texts from a whole bunch of different people. And NO, I didnt block them, I checked. And why would I block them? In conclusion: they will not help you with anything g, they are so incompetent. Everything is being run by incompetent people these days! So frustrated!

      I received an email about getting streaming services and to activate it now. It included about 10 different companies on it. I tried to activate ******** free for 1 year. When I tried to do it it said that it didnt recognize my login information. I contacted ***************************** stated that I would need to convert to *************** a two year contract with them. No where in the email does it state that. I think it is false *************** should either get the offer or convert to ******** without signing a two year contract. Thank you. ***** C
