    I ordered a range in September 2023, was told I would get it in three months... flash forward to January of 2025, and I finally got a range. Notice, I said "a" range and not my range, because they did not send the one I ordered. After over a year of no range they offered to "upgrade" my order, they assured me this "upgraded" range matched the specifications of the one I ordered so imagine my surprise when we went to install and found out it was dual fuel instead of an all-gas (what I ordered). I had to pay over $6k to get my electrical panel upgraded to support this new range due to their company's error. Not only was it the wrong range, they also sent it without any k**** I was told multiple times they would expedite shipping of the k**** to me but they never did. I ended up having to contact Ilve, the stove company, myself and pay for k**** When I brought these concerns to The Range Store and requested a refund, I was offered $500. Nearly half of that would be going to pay for the k**** that I had to order myself. I said this was not nearly enough given the experience I have had and received no response. I wish I could say this lack of communication was out of the norm but over the nearly two years that I've been dealing with this company, receiving no response has become the norm. After the original three months estimated for the delivery had come and gone I called, emailed and texted continuously asking for updates. Rarely would my messaged be answered and when they did I was given any number of excuses as to what was going on. When they said they would call me back with updates, they never did. The absolute least this company could've done in the face of all these issues was communicate and yet they didn't. I have given them a wealth of patience over this process, but have been left feeling taken advantage of, scammed, and disrespected.

    We ordered a range in July 2023 and were told at the time that there would be a three-month delay due to supply chain issues. We were fine with this at the time. October passed without an update so we started reaching out to the store and over the following 7 months have had numerous phone calls, emails, and texts regarding our order. We were met with numerous explanations/excuses for the delay but nearly a year later have yet to receive what we paid for. At no point has the store reached out to us unprompted to provide an update. We have requested a refund and will mark this complaint as resolved if they honor the request.

    After having supply issues with the customers original unit, we were able to settle on a different unit and adjust the price difference back to customer. On 06/06/2024, the customer picked up the new unit and now have a brand new, fully operational range. This was discussed with the customer and the resolution satisfied both parties.

    I would like to reopen this complaint -- the seller owed me a balance refund because the alternate item that was provided in lieu of the original purchase costed about $2500 less. I was promised a refund but it never came.

    After purchasing a rnage from the Range Store in December 2023, we have had nothing but excuses on delays and only because we have had to repeatedly follow up with this company. We have now been informed that they did receive the stove and it is located in their warehouse and will be shipped. We have received nothing and want a full refund. Upon review, there are numerous similar complaints with this company on the same issue that you can find online and filed with this company.

    I ordered a $10,000 range from The Range Store on March 2, 2023. They said it would be delivered to my door in May. I emailed when time came asking for delivery information as I had not received any tracking information. They responded saying it would be longer. Multiple times this occurred. Then they said it would be here July but I was on vacation. In November I emailed saying I was ready for delivery and they said she would get back to me but never did. In December I questioned a fb group about the store and found several others who have had bad experiences with this store and receiving their purchases. In January I called again and they said again let me look into it, it should only take three days to deliver as my range was supposedly sitting in their warehouse. I never heard anything so on January 26, 2024 I said I have waited almost a year, I never got any tracking information and I do not trust that they even have my range and I asked for a refund. They said I would get a refund in 7 days. I never did. 11 days, still no refund, at two weeks I filed a dispute claim with my credit card. I was told by the merchant that the funds had been withdrawn from their account and I should receive them by the following Monday but never did. Im still waiting for my refund.
