    We paid ***** $2,700 due cut down a tree and clean up our property. The cleanup was to include leaves, branches, and miscellaneous debris. The tree was cut down and he left all of the debris from that process. He never cleaned up the leaves and branches surrounding our property, nor did he remove the remains of the tree he cut down. We contacted ***** via phone calls, texts, and in-person multiple times to complete the job but he never did. Three weeks went by and after it was clear he wasn't going to finish the job, we asked for our $1,300 back. The $1300 was to complete the clean-up work. ***** cashed both checks. ********************* said he would refund the money, and claimed he mailed us a check, which he never did.

     Regarding our complaint ******** against Agile Tree Service. The business responded and came back out on September 27th 2023 and completed much of the remaining work such as leaves blown to the edge of our property and the larger branches removed to the edge as well . The only things left undone were large sections of tree truck too big to deal with due to the ground being muddy on our property. Business owner stated when the ground is drier he can return with a piece of equipment and move the sections of trunk. We will follow up with him at a later date to do that. We are satisfied with what was done and wish to regard our complaint as now being resolved. If you need any further input from us we will be happy to respond. We appreciate the ability to get this work completed and thank you for your assistance.

    My complaint follows the others that have been made. He started out fine and then abandoned the job. It has been over three months since the job began and still isn't finished. He continually says that he's coming out but never shows. I paid the total bill because he had done work for me before and was satisfactory. Hence, I trusted him when he gave me a sob story about having to make payroll, etc. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

    12/09/2022 date of “service” Kevin, owner, came to the house and gave me a quote to do leaf removal. He gave me a quote of $1,000 to do the entire property. I called him shortly after he left and asked the price for him to do the front of my property up to my backyard fence. He said 1/2 but the proceeded to add $50 onto that. I said fine. I was working when he showed up to do the work. They were “done” within maybe 2 hours. I come out and he says your good to go. I say what about the rest of the yard? He said he’d come back on the 14th or 15th to finish and wouldn’t charge me. Yet he didn’t do what I paid him $550 for. As you can see from the pictures he did like nothing and it was half-assed at that. And to top it all off he literally just blew the leaves from one side of my property to another. My neighbor even came and complained to him to not blow the leaves on her property and he said he wasn’t but I went out later and he clearly did. I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he’d come back to finish but I called and text him on Wednesday and he ignored the calls and did not reply or call back. So he stole $550 from me.
