* 3 documents were forgotten and had to be signed after the sale including one 3 mos after sale
* communication was awful! They started late, would send an intro email with the subject line "hello" so it looked like spam and consistently forgot to include my agent or call when requested
* they did not coordinate notary for signatures and documents were not well organized or marked for signature.
* all other title companies I have worked with walked you through the documents to ensure everything was in order nothing was missed and you understood what was being signed. None of this
*lastly when they messed up the said for me to sign documents and send back to them and they would notarize. Completely against notary license as the signature and identity are not confirmed
