    I purchased a Bundle of 5 kits as well as an additional single kit. I received my single kit and apron, but not the Bundle of 5 kits. Communication with this company is terrible. I just cannot get a refund OR what I have purchased. They keep going round and round saying it was delivered. I keep saying, YES I did receive a delivery of ONE kit! Not my entire order.

    I have repeatedly tried to get a subscription issue resolved and cannot get anyone to contact me other than through email.
    While the interactions have been pleasant enough, I am still without any ability to secure the email link which will enable the subscription.
    I’ve requested a refund and cannot get anyone to commit to making that happen.
    Very disappointing and frustrating.

    Total Crooks!! I signed up for the 6 month prescription box and apparently I had to agree to auto renewal. That is fine because I know that other companies do that too. The problem I have is that I was notified it was renewing until the day it renewed and I got an email stating it was renewing. I cancelled the subscription that day (day it technically renewed) and they said that was too late and that it had to be 3 days prior? Are you kidding me??? I should have been able to cancel the day it renewed and got my money back. I reached out to them and they said no. Then several days later I got a notice they were shipping my box. So needless to say they could have easily stopped the order when I requested because the box hadn't even shipped yet. I am reaching out to all my friends and letting them know to cancel their service as well. Never again will I try or recommend this company.

    We subscribed for 3 months. The February kit had items that were sharp in the box. Their cookie cutters for instance were metal for the month of February. My 6 year old sliced open her finger when she went to take it out of the plastic bag. I alerted the company, but at first they just wanted to give me a coupon. It was not handled correctly. For the science experiment they had a pen with disappearing ink. The experiment did not work. I am a certified elementary teacher and followed the directions. The science experiments are lackluster. I mainly wanted them to quit putting sharp metal in the boxes, if they advertise kid friendly. I said I told customer service I would be writing to *** and they said they would refund and cancel my subscription.
