              I had put a deposit down for a vehicle on 12/11/2021 and it is now over 3 weeks and I have not received the vehicle. I have requested to cancel the order due to we no longer want to wait for the delivery of the car. I have spoke with the sales department and they are refusing our request. I also stated we will go with another dealership since they have poorly treated my family and I rudely over the phone. Darrell ******* and his team are not working with us as the customer. I told them that we would like to pull our reservation and will go to the Newport News location. They have repeatedly told us that "the ***** deposit stays with this dealership". That is not the case since we put the deposit down for a car with ***** not just a location. I have called multiple ***** dealerships that has said switching the reservation is not a problem. Our deposit states that "The down payment is not refundable unless Priority Lexus Virginia each cannot deliver the vehicle. I understand that cancellation or refusal to accept delivery of the vehicle within 72 hours upon notification of arrival will forfeit my down payment." The car has not yet been delivered and dates have been pushed back on multiple counts.

              On the 29th of Jan 2022 I took my vehicle into find out why my back window would not go up or down. I took it into the Lexus service department in Virginia Beach and they stated the the door needed to be repaired for ********* I then took my vehicle to a street mechanic and found out that they never looked at my vehicle AT ALL. The street mechanic charged me ******* and did not replace one part on the door simply placed the window back into it's track and it began working. Invoice No: XXXXXX / After speaking with management and technician they stated that the price that they quoted was a suggested cost of the repairs. They also stated that they DID take the door panel and the weather shield off but there was NO evidence of that when the street Mechanic was making the repair. (I did ask him if there was any evidence of the door being looked at and he stated, NO! I should have took a picture, unfortunately I did NOT). I have lost my complete faith of this location and their Service Department. I have called the overall sales manager twice and left a message and voicemail.
