Your ID is good coming in, but not good enough to collect your winnings. Rosies will go as far as telling customers you were barred, while new earnings have been established. Rosies is giving out false advertisement to all customers coming in to their establishment. This is definitely not good for a business offering winnings. Yeah you have so called 6 months to get your ID up to date, but conflict of interest should be established beforehand. This is a volcano waiting to erupt, for all employees and customers. ????????????

Rosie's needs to establish some strict rules about the number of machines one person can play and stick to those rules. I visited this evening and wanted to play a certain machine - went to sit down and the lady sitting beside the machine told me that she was playing it. (Playing two machines) I told her that she was not supposed to do that and I was going to get a Rosie's employee. I went and got someone - they said something to her that I couldn't hear and she apparently refused to give up the machine, so I was told to play another machine. The lady said she was only going to play down to zero and I could have the machine then. I waited and she hit $50 and kept right on playing. I asked her if she was going to play the $50 and she said "I'm not putting money into the machine". I told her I was well aware of that but was she planning to play down the $50, to which she responded yes. I told her she was being rude and walked off. I spend thousands of dollars with Rosie's every year and I am considerate of others. I do not feel like I was treated fairly - I wasn't the one playing multiple machines. This is supposed to be a way to relax and have fun, but after today, I doubt I will ever step foot in there again. The folks not obeying the rules seem to be able to do whatever they want. I've seen signs in there saying you may be asked to give up a machine if you are playing two of them. The Rosie's team member was condescending and told me to let her play and I could play one of the other machines. I didn't do anything wrong - I had asked the lady to give up one of the machines and she wouldn't, so I went and got a Rosie's team member whom I thought would enforce the policy, but much to my dismay, they did not.
