I had the company on to my property to eliminate some invasive vines on my trees. Approximately 70% of the vines have died, but many remain. A representative was contacted on August 25, 2025 and informed me that he would be out to my property to check on the problem the following week. He did not come out, not did he call. I woule like a concerted effort made by this company, regardless of their workload, to correct the problem to my satisfaction .

This client has been wonderful to work with.  I think this issue is just a miscommunication issue.  Our work on site was completed on July 17th, 2025.  Part of this job was cutting invasive vines.  Most of the vines have died off, the others are in the process of dying.  This client asked me to re-visit the site to check on the vines, after the job was complete.  I was glad to do so and re-visited the property.  After inspection of the vines, I told the client that the vines are in the process of dying and may take a few more weeks.  This client called again on August 25th and requested that I come back out to check the vines.  I told him that I would come by the following week so we could give the vines a little more time to die off.  I went to the site the following week to check the vines (as promised) but when I arrived at the job site there were other contractors all over the property, replacing gutters as I recall.  The site looked very busy so I just visually inspected the vines while driving by and they appeared to be dying off well.  Given the vine die-off progress I figured I would give the vines one more week of die-off and then check on them again.  I currently have a stop-by appointment set up for August 8th and plan to follow-up with the client to report on progress.  I'm guessing the client submitted this complaint because they did not get an update on my property visit this week.  I should have called to give them an update on my future inspection plans.  I apologize for that lack of communication this week.  We will make sure this client is satisfied, to the best of our ability.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
