    What a rip off! I had some non fragile brass lamp parts placed in a 9×9×9 size box with a little newspaper added inside. They charged me 60 dollars to ship it to me a few hours away in PA. The pricing breakdown I was given made no sense whatever. I would NEVER recommend using this store for your shipping needs!

    We picked up Mr. ************ items from ****** ******** which is 50 miles from our location. We packed his items nicely and sent them using UPS and insured them for his purchase price . We are a for profit company and ship thousands of auction items a year without any issues. I'm sorry he was upset with our cost, he is the first in quite a while. I've refunded the $16.00 he requested to his credit card and sent him a receipt showing the refund.
