"You guys towed a car that was parked in the correct stop with the correct parking pass because you “didn’t see the parking pass” We were never told where to put the parking pass, and the fact that you towed it and STILL MADE US PAY $200 shows just how lazy you are for not doing a full check of the car. This business is very unprofessional and will do anything just to get money out of people when they know well and clear they are in the wrong and should never of towed the car in the first place." ...
