            All In One Auto has been the subject of a BBB advertising challenge that was brought to their attention by the BBB and references the company’s advertisement claim on how they earned their BBB A+ Rating. In truth, All In One Auto is not BBB Accredited and currently have an A rating.

            According to All In One Auto's claim, "Our certified mechanics treat customers with integrity and respect --it's how we earned our A+ Better Business Bureau Rating (something you rarely find in the automotive industry)." BBB identified that All In One Auto's statement does not reflect the actual standards of the BBB Rating System and must be modified or discontinued. 

            According to the rating system guidelines: "BBB ratings are based on the business's complaint history; number of complaints; business size; type of business; time in business; transparency of business practices; and licensing compliancy. BBB ratings are not a guarantee of a business's reliability or performance. As fair practice, BBB gives ratings to businesses whether or not they are a BBB Accredited Business."

            The BBB requested in writing on October 2, 2023 for All In One Auto to modify or discontinue their claim. All In One Auto responded with a promise to discontinue the advertisement claim. As of October 31, 2023, All In One Auto failed to modify their advertisement.

            I saw this company's ad on tv that included their ****** *** rating. Decided to call them about POSSIBLY performing a needed repair, I shop around. I was on the phone with the lady who answered, she was very gamely answering ALL of my questions & then I started hearing what sounded like an angry man in the background. At first I assumed it was a customer until I heard the lady I was speaking to hiss under her breath that she was talking to a Customer, I guess my assumption was wrong and it was the manager because next thing I know a very rude man had the phone and wanted to know "what the problem was." I nicely replied that there was no problem I was just trying to obtain information, he told me he didn't have time for all my questions. I became a lil angry at that point and told him I was sure his boss had time for me & to put me on the phone with them. He then told me HE was the boss, that HE still didn't have time for my stupid questions & hung up on me. That's all good, my money works at a lot better places than that. You'd think a small "family owned" business would actually want some business.
