    If I could give this facility a no stars, I would. They delivered a hospital bed to my home yesterday (Friday 7-16-21), for my mommy who will be released from the rehab center in a couple of days. We had the lights out and were watching television and I noticed a cockroach coming out of the mechanical part of it. I screamed for my husband and then we noticed an entire army coming out. The bed was infested with cockroaches. I doused it with our Home Defense and my husband took it apart and put it in our backyard. They were coming out the poles where the wheels were attached also. And of course they aren't open on the weekend, only for emergencies but it doesn't state how to get them. I've left several messages but no one has contacted me, I even left a message on their website. They need to come get this roach infested garbage (bed) and refund all of my money.

    Ms. *****, I am terribly sorry for this incident. In over 25 years of business, this is the first that I can remember of a piece of our equipment being delivered with an infestation. Of course your payment will be refunded immediately and we will work to figure out how something like this could have happened. We first received notice of this via an email from our website on Friday night around 9:35pm. We do have an after-hours, on-call phone number that can be used to contact Tycon when we are closed. I am sorry you did not have that number available to you. Our technician, however, called your home the next morning around 12 noon and came by your home at 1:40pm on Saturday afternoon with a brand new, still-in-the-box, bed for delivery and to pick up the original bed. No one answered the phone and no one was home when he arrived. As you know, we did eventually pick up the bed on Monday. Again, we are very sorry that this happened and will be reviewing our practices to prevent it from happening in the future. And, as I stated, your payment will be fully refunded.
