            I went here in 2015 for a simple synthetic oil change on my Chevy Cruze. I dropped the car off around 3pm and it was ready by 4pm. It was good on timing sadly that is the only thing they did correctly. When I received my oil change after a couple days they called me to inform me that they left a wrench in my car, I was in the middle of a state inspection for that vehicle and the current mechanic doing my inspection informed me that was not true. My oil pan was actually just leaking oil and this company also the put another vehicle owners oil cap on my car so the oil was just spilling all out. When i returned to Meineke and asked about all the issues the other mechanic found they had no answers. I ended up having to put a new oil pan on a car that was barely two years old and they did not try to help in any way to fix the inconvenience. My ** dollar oil change became a *** dollar repair. They would not give me a refund.
