From starting with the estimate from ******* to working with the project manager ***** and **** along the way was a great experience. They also went above and beyond accommodating doing the project when I needed it to be done. 5 starsK Efficient did a magnificent job repairing the foundation and encapsulating the crawlspace of my 1950s-era home. The Project Manager was professional, courteous, and his communication skills are absolutely top-notch. At the end of each work day, I would receive an update on the work along with photos of the project. There was never a time that I didnt know what was going on. The work crew is a credit to K Efficient. They showed up each day on time and immediately set to work. Their collective good nature in the face of long days and 90 temperatures was inspiring. They treated my house and property with great respect, confining their work materials to a small space and sweeping the lawn for debris at the end of the day. I cant truly say enough good about my experience with K Efficient. What was a nightmare scenario has been transformed into a comfortable and secure home. I will certainly recommend them at every opportunity.Kefficient

5 starsI highly recommend Kefficient for any foundation or crawlspace work you need to have done. They were so professional and answered my million questions at every step of the way. The work they completed was top notch and every single person I spoke to at every step of the way was just incredible and devoted to a good customer experience and end product.****** gave us our estimate and he held our hand through the entire process. We had him come out several times to check different things and for me to ask a million questions to and he was so kind, understanding, and knowledgeable through it all. The office staff (****** and ******) were absolute pleasures every time I got to speak with them. They were so helpful at every turn (even when my personal life threw a curveball at us in the end!). The project team was also phenomenal and every single person I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and welcomed my many questions. I cant recommend Kefficient enough, truly!!Kefficient

5 starsThis is my go to company for any crawlspace or other insulation-related jobs. I highly recommend their services to anyone! I had a crawlspace in the 100+ yr old home I bought that needed major attention. I called over 10 different companies and got a range of prices from 4 figures to 5 figures, and honestly the encapsulation that Kefficient suggested for best long term care and the price they offered was the best deal compared to others that offered same service. The job was professional and I had great experience, all permits passed and they took the time to explain to me as the job progressed. 5 years later I had a certified structural engineer come and ***** my home as a whole and he said the crawlspace was perfectly encapsulated and no concerns there at all. Soon after I bought another 100+ home that had basic vapor barrier and insulation in rafters. I wasted no time and hired Kefficient to return and encapsulate and again they did a fantastic job. Honestly, the job was even better done than previous one as they now have extra requirements like lightbulb by the unit and a humidity/moisture device connected to my phone. They were generous to even give me an extra one for the previous home and a significant return customer discount that made me realize I made the right choice testing this company to help me fix my home. I highly recommend they do superb work that passes city inspection permits every time with no issues, professional, great communicators, friendly, respectful, and over all they are worth every dollar you pay them for a job. Finally, they really do fair price and not ***** like some other bigger names.Kefficient
