This ITalkBB ****************** was the worst the service, I have a credit card at the account they renew the service,when email me to renew the service they change me $80.67 annual fee ,the customer service told because I have home phone program together, so I told to the customer service I need to cancel the service yesterday, They said the theyll not return the annual and tell me the others charge for the home phone service, Before I sign the contract the sale person told me the home phone services is free and if I need cancel the service just call to customer service cancel, every month only for the TV service,never told me about home phone fee, and now I cancel the service they email me must sent the device to does not receive return packages within fifteen (15) days after cancellation date, Deactivation Fee of $69.99 will apply, they have store near my house and I dont allow return to the store, I have been never see so Despicable *********** I want refund back the charge me $80.67 and return back the device to the closest store, I dont want to any charge for them, thank you so so muchBusiness Response

Thank you so much for having been our valued customer for many years and letting us know your problem about the last charges.
As our service representative explained to you, our bundled service of Home Phone and ********** services has been on market for many years and has never changed, so that the customers like you can enjoy the bundle discount on TV service compare to just having TV service alone.
You signed up this service 11 years ago and today we cannot be sure what the sales person told you at that time. If our sales person had misled you we would certainly apoplogise for that, but the fact is that you have not been over charged but saved each year instead.
Nonetheless, we will honor your refund request. Your TV service renewal fee of $69.99 has been refunded to your credit card account on 4/30/2024, the refund of Home Phone serive fee of $10.68 for ***** is in process, so you will receive total refund of $80.67 shortly as you requested.
We also waived the device fee for the Home Phone adapter.
This will conclude the cancellation of your services with bill clean. Please feel free to contact us should you have any further questions.

We have been customers of ********************** for many years. Recently, we decided to cancel our service and move our land-line from iTalkBB to a cellular carrier. iTalkBB refuses to provide the necessary PIN required to port out the number. Continued contact with support suggests they are unwilling to provide a PIN and that we must resume services with them in order to preserve a phone number that we have had for decades. Per iTalkBB's representatives, this requires activating a new line with a minimum one year contract.The number in question is:************ We demand that iTalkBB deliver us the PIN required for another carrier to port out the landline number.Business Response

Hello Mr. ************** replied the complaint on this issue before and let me explain to you again.
iTalkBB home phone service account does not have a PIN which is not needed for transferring this home phone number to a wireless phone number. Please explain to your wireless service provider and ask them to send porting request without PIN.In order to port out a phone number, the number must be in service with an Active account. Since your account has already been cancelled and the number has been recycled, the workaround to is reactive a home phone account, we can try to bring your number back in service so that you can try to port out again. After your number is ported out, you can notice us to cancel the account.

Object: This complaint is regarding the home phone service provided by this company. Background:I have been a customer of **********************'s home phone service since 2017, paying $11.34 every month. Recently, I decided to cancel the service and was informed that I need to pay a $60 fee for a missing device.Complaints:1. Misleading Subscription: I never intended to subscribe to the home phone service from ItalkBB **** I believe I was misled into subscribing to this service in 2017 and have been charged $11.34 every month since then.2. Non-receipt and non-use of Device: I have never seen or used the home phone device that ********************** claims to have provided. 3. Unfair Charges: Upon realizing this unusual monthly charge of $11.34, I contacted ItalkBB to cancel the service on 2024/7/2. Your iTalkBB account profile shows that you signed up a service package on 11/21/2017 at iTalkBB ********* store. The service package included a US mobile service plus a ***** mobile number service with a home phone service bundle. The standard monthly service fee of the US mobile number was $30, but with the home phone service bundle you enjoyed $10 monthly credit, whereas the monthly home phone service fee is only $8.94 ($4.99 Premium + $3.95 fees). So you paid less in total with the home phone servie bundle ($20+$8.94, instead of $30), yet you had one more way of communication. That why most of our customers at that time, including you, were chosing the bunded service package.
The iTalkBB home phone service is a monthly subscription provided to you until it was cancelled, regardless the actually usage which is totally at your own choice. Therefore we cannot refund the monthly fee you have paid for the period of the subscription. The attached signup forms indicate that the home phone service $4.99 1 year contract plan was checked and the device ************ was delivered.
In the attached form, the key points of the Terms & Conditions are highted for you, including the device charge of $69.99 if you failed to return the device after the service was cancelled. However we already waived the charge as you requested.

I want to use I talkbb company as my security home provider. when I talk to them about the services and argee to useit as my security provider but have to help me set up and teach me how to use it and connect with my phone .then,they mail to me the equipment and promise me help me set up by phone .they just call me twice before I receive the equipment .after I received the equipment they never call me for follow up.I've been waiting for them call me back for set up and they didn't .so I found another security company as my home security provider .so I called yesterday for I talkbb about to cancel the services ,because they never helped me set up and the equipment I never open it and connect it to use.so they said they won't do it ,because after one month policy .the problem is I never use it and they didn't follow up when I received the equipment for help me set up. that's means the services never happened. they just want to charge me the money. that's wrong .because this services has never been set up and never been used and also they didn't follow up for services as they promised help me set up by the phone.Business Response
