    Hi, We started a membership at Skyzone. We only were using it for the day and we informed the person at the front desk of that when we signed up. We asked to cancel on our way out and were told me had to email. They wrote down the email and THAT SAME NIGHT we emailed. No response. I followed up a week later... no response. I WENT back into the store to get a corrected email (because of course no one answered the phone) and finally was able to cancel it. I was told due to the delays (I showed the emails I sent and they took pictures of these email) we would not be charged a second month. We then were CHARGED. I was told to call corporate, which I did and have been waiting a week for a call back. I am so frustrated and disappointed because we truly had an amazing experience at Skyzone. If you don't believe us, look at the amount times we have been to Skyzone.... ONCE... Our ID numbers are: **********, **********, **********. Thanks!

    REF#**** On December 18, 2023, I signed up for a membership with SkyZone. I was reluctant to sign up, but the employee at SkyZone (during the sign-up process) reassured me that it was a simple/easy process. She told me to cancel 3 days before the renewal date, which could be completed through their webpage. I specifically asked the SkyZone employee when the last day could be and she told me Monday, January 15, ****. As a result, I set up a reminder and double checked again later that week when we visited the site. I submitted my request to cancel my membership on January 15th. Also, please note the SkyZone location is open on Monday, January 15th. I immediately received a response indicating it would be addressed within 1-2 days. By Jan 17th, I had not received a response and I called the ******** location. Another woman who picked up the phone told me not to worry and simply email another address, which I did, including the original email which had not been processed. I sent the information and they charged me for another month. I tried to resolve the situation with no luck. I followed their procedures and the guidance provided by staff. Please see the attached documentation. I can provide additional documentation. I interacted with ******************, who is the membership coordinator.Again I cancelled on Jan 15, ****, per multiple staff guidance (3 specifically) at the site. I followed up on my request on Jan 17, because I still had not received a response. I clarified multiple times to avoid this current issue.

    This business has deceptive business practices. Customer service reps push you to get membership for cheaper price, and tell you to call and cancel before it charges again. I called to cancel charge and no one answers the phone. I disputed with my credit card company and they charged for second month. Then I had two charges in dispute. I finally found the website and they gave an option to cancel. I explained my situation and they refused to refund my money. I did not utilize their business or the membership at all. I would like a refund of the money they took out of my account because they did not return my message when I called to cancel. Their sales practices are very deceptive.

    They started a monthly membership program for the kids. While enrolling my kids i approached the desk and asked them I need this membership only for one month and dont want to renew it. They did tell me It wont be renewed unless i ask for it. I approached their business place and asked them to cancel the membership , they mentioned it has to be cancelled only through Online but not through walk in. My billing date was on 09/26/2023. I have applied for the cancellation on 09/24/2023. Now they are claiming that I will be charge for the month since i have to inform them 3 days before. 1) They never able to cancel when i walked in . What kind of business practice is this, what about the people who doesnt have internet connection 2) I informed them 3 days before . If they are saying only business days, how come they are opened on Sundays . Isnt sunday business day for them when its opened 3) When one individual takes his small kids to place like Skyzone and asked them for entry price they themselves offered membership saying its better deal . They expect a parents to read their detailed 10 pages documents about their membership. They dont pinpoint what are the catch 22s
