    All Pediatrics incorrectly billed my labs to ***** BCBS. I live in VA and I am a VA state employee. When I called to inquire about their mistake I was given the run around. I was told to contact the doctor, since the billing person was unable to help me. I asked to speak to a manger and was never contacted. I kept following up and spoke to someone in billing and another incompetent person who blamed me for their mistake. They finally, I called Quest to fix their mistake but All Pediatrics continued to gaslight me and tell me it was my issue for their mistake. I then received a letter saying that they were ending the patient/ doctor relationship due to "my behavior". I never was rude to any doctor at the practice. I sent a message on their portal as I was instructed by the billing lady. I also have requested my online medical portal records several times and no one has gotten back to me. This practice terminated me (my children) as patients from the practice for their mistake and never apologized.

    We are a medical practice and if you research HIPAA, you will see that I can't legally respond or even state that this person is a patient at our practice. 

    The **************** Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) lays out three rules for protecting patient health information, namely:
