    I purchased this alarm system a when I first moved into my home and services worked well but stop working I have been calling to let them know the alarm system hasnt been working on several accessions the first time they said the battery was dead so they sent someone out to fix the battery a few months later the system stop working again and they keep billing me every month when the system doesnt work. I emailed the company December 11 ******************************************************************************************************************** monthly fees for a service that hasnt worked in over 1year. *** called talked to supervisors and its been no change. Why would I pay for services that doesnt work this is annoying and aggravating/

    Hello! We have reached out to this customer no less than 50 different times to get this issue resolved. The most recent email is attached. We have offered the two solutions below, we have also provided a history of all attempts to reach customer: 

    option 1: We can terminate your service and remove past-due amounts OR
    option 2: We can send a technician out to service your system and continue your billing cycle. 

    All of our calls always go straight to voicemail, we have left countless voicemails, texts and emails. Once the customer responds to us, we will assist. Thank you!

    Sending the email thread from where I communicated with this company December 2023 telling the company to disconnect the services with no reply. I email back to the email that was sent to me after I submitted this complaint and still haven't had a reply back and I'm still being billed.

    Trinity wiring solutions has terrible customer service. They are inefficient, when handling customer issues. I have made several calls to resolve a issue with the equipment. I have received no real guidance in when the issue can be resolved. I was advised that I have to be out of service with no doorbell or camera for a week. When questioned, how would I be able to function without it, I was furthered advised I could be paying $95 for the service trip since my product is out of warranty. I have had the service for under 2 years, and have had several issues with their service. Despite the shortcomings, I have paid my bill timely every month yet the service is lackluster at best.
