I met with Mr.***** ******* on March 20th, 2025 at 6pm at Focus. I was referred to this company by someone. Our interview was at a lounge/club with very loud music. He gave me two separate packets with security information. He stated I couldnt obtain a license until I went to the gun range. Those sessions would be held two Sundays out of the month. The training was $400 there was a service guarantee or my money back. I did not receive the training/service. ********** did not reach out to me anytime from March until June about trainings. I initiated every conversation about training since March and the training he offered only one was available on a holiday I was not able to attend. This man offered me a service and took my money knowing he was not able to provide the service. He is refusing to give me my money back that I paid in full on March 20th and forcing me to do a training I no longer have desire for. He is blaming me for being available one time for a training that shouldve took place 6 times since our meeting. I was only given one date because I asked him. If youre not able to provide a service a disclaimer should be involved. This is extremely bad business and I would not recommend him or his comply to anyone.
