    My husband and I had rented a unit from MVP Property Management from April 2024 to June 2025. From the start of our lease, we have had nothing but problems. When we moved in, the unit (which was supposedly cleaned) had lots of items left from the previous tenants and was disgustingly dirty. My husband and I spent an entire weekend, helped by 4 other adults, cleaning the unit before we were able to move our items in. We notified ****** *****, the owner and manager of the business, and only got a response days later offering to give us $500 because of the condition.

    During the course of our lease, we had many maintenance problems at the unit. Each time we reached out to ******, it would take many days and reminders to get the maintenance issues resolved. Most notably was when the AC was broken in the summer and we went almost an entire week without any resolve from ******.

    Throughout the termination of our lease, we have continued to have horrible encounters with ******. It took him a full 30 days to give us our security deposit back, and when he finally gave it back, he deducted $125 for problems that were related to the previous tenants (which were noted when we moved in).

    I have heard from other tenants of his and they have all described similar accounts with ****** and this business. I would not recommend it to anyone, and would advise all people to watch out for this business.
