      I have requested a phone number update from them a month ago, but I have never received an update of the approval, which means i can not update my phone freely in this country, I have updated my phone number to other financial institutions without any problems but NOT my529.org, this caused the delay of the access to my account which is not acceptable. the company is so called protect the account owner asset even i provide 100% correct my info to them but they still can not proceed with it. they lock my account and accused an unusual activities which is not true as the account can not be accessed at all. I can NOT terminate the service with them now which also need your help! please kindly help to connect to them to resolve it immediately. Thank you!

      The owner did not submit the complaint to BBB. In fact, it was ******************************** who notified my529 she was going to submit a complaint. The key point is that ******** is not an account owner at *****. ******* has been impersonating an account owner and has made false representations verbally and in writing to my529 regarding her identity. To stop the unauthorized access and protect the account, ***** has flagged the account for unauthorized access and is working with the actual account owner to determine next steps.

      I am rejecting this response because my *****rg has disclosed a person ******** ***************** who is not related to this complaint, please remove it immediately as a privacy. 

      My529.org changed the account owners contact email without the permission which is not legally to do that. its a worst experience with this institution ever!

      My529 has spoken with the account owner and discussed the situation. Additional security has been placed on the account by the account owner due to the suspicious activity and to protect the account.

      I am rejecting this response because this institution need a compliance team to monitor whats their behaviors of some the employees in certain situations when they proceed their procedure.The suspicious activities as the word that they are using were caused by their employees, their employee caused the suspicious  . I have verified that.
