    We ordered four small double sided banners to use as signs to hang from the awning of our booth at events. The online preview showed where the seam would be sewn near the top to create the requested pole pocket. This let us know where we needed to center our design. What the preview didn't show us is where the seams would be sewn around the sides and bottom of the banners. When we received the banners, the seams overlapped our printed image and looked terrible. If we would have known where the edges would be sewn, we would have adjusted our image to accommodate. The preview from the site did not show us, nor is there any information online that states to leave 1 inch around the edge. When we contacted customer service the first time, their response was "it appears that this item was received and followed the specifications chosen. Therefore, the order was printed accordingly." When we replied a second time explaining that we went off the information and preview their system provided, their reply was "we recommend reaching out to us for a proof before finalizing your order". First of all, in all my years of dealing with printers, I have never dealt with a shop that didn't automatically provide a proof. I have to ask for it? Second, that's two replies from their customer service placing the blame back on the customer. A good shop would have:1. Had an online system that showed where the seams are going to be sewn so that you knew not to print in that area.2. Had information available online stating that there is a 1 inch border that you shouldn't print in.3. Provided a proof without having to ask for it.4. Looked at the job before printing and contacted the customer with potential concerns about printing in the sewn seam area.5. Quality checked the job after printing and saw that there was no way this was acceptable.6. Want to make it right.

    Three damaged signs. 8x12' vinyl banners. Even the replacement was damaged. Ship in a cardboard tube. That easy

    The magnetic car sign was exactly what I expected. QR code scans too. Photos look good. Pretty easy to upload image. ***************.

    I think for someone that isnt very careful and doesnt really understand digital graphics, this companys online interface is difficult. Im a digital artist and have used their services a number of times with good results. About the only critique I have is that when they are doing a 24x36 sign on corrugated plastic the trim is sometimes a bit small. Otherwise, Im very pleased with them. I always upload my own art.

    Signs.com far exceeded my expectations. My regular sign maker told me that they were too busy to make a new sign that I needed immediately, so I took the opportunity to search online for a sign maker that could do it and I discovered signs.com. Now I do not plan to go back to my regular sign maker I have been spoiled. Signs.com is wonderful!

    I designed a 6ft by 3ft vinyl banner to display in my friend's axe throwing business. I used the design tool built into the website, and it was so easy! The printing is beautiful. I received my banner within the week. I have displayed it proudly! Thank you!

    I made an order for a sticker but ordered the wrong type of sticker as my artwork dimensions didn't meet the requirements. The prepress customer service did a great job at making sure my artwork could be printed the way it was at the correct size while meeting the durability requirements. I'm very happy with the quality and so far the sticker is working great. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing professional stickers.

    Signs.com - great people to work with. I made an error on size of the sign they helped me fix it and keep it cheap. We have used them repeatedly and they are helpful and fast. Just a great company to do business with.
