      I subscribed to the subscription with a free trial. Once I realized it was a terrible service that was not worth $35 a month, I tried to cancel. The page they link to cancel is a fake page that does not have working links to cancel. I have email customer support multiple times with no response and I continue to be charged. I want my money back, my subscription cancelled and all of my information removed from their system.

      12/17 the package was delivered. It was unsealed. I contacted the business and it took forever to get a hold of them. I mentioned a.refund due to losing my son, im out of the country, the refund would be for *****. Again, id like a refund for an unsealed bottle and since I cannot get a response, id like my refund through BBB..

      We apologize the customer did not get a quick response and appreciate his business. Were so sorry to hear the loss of his son and would like to extend our deepest condolences at this time.  We have issued a credit of $15.18 back to the credit card that was used for payment.
