"This is my first time using EDreams and since buying my ticket to ******** on November 8th, Ive been trying to get my trip dates changed after paying EXTRA MONEY to have the option of flexible dates added onto my trip. After almost a month of calling back and forth and submitting change requests via the EDreams app, I have only received rejections upon rejections stating that the dates I want are unavailable even though I can clearly see them available on the **************** website." ...
