    I took my truck in for an alignment to the same place I went 9 months ago at that time for an alignment the guy says I need to replace idler arm pitmen arm upper ball joint on driver side and lower ball joint on passenger side so I did that and came back for alignment everything was good well I had my upper ball joint on the passenger brake on me not there fault I fixed and went back for another alignment the guy said I needed to replace my idler arm pitman arm and upper ball joint on driver side so I did that but my existing parts are not bad they did not need replaced so are they just saying the parts need changed so they can upsell more and are pencil whipping people I’m pi—ed and will never use Big O ever again waist my time and money for stuff I don’t need to line their pockets I wonder how much money they are stealing from people every day that don’t know any better I also bought four new tires and alignment for my wife’s truck before I realized that the parts on my truck were not bad it will definitely be the last time never again I do know that my truck needs shocks and a cv axel fully aware but definitely did not need the same parts I replaced 9 months ago oh and they broke my driver side interior door handle what a joke this place is

    Paid for a tune-up and replacement of 2 coils...car broke down 3 weeks later, took to a different shop due to such high charges at BIG O, mechanics at Autobahn, said it was misfiring, and checked to see if the sparkplugs were ok. I told them BIG o put new ones, they saw only dusty party, leaky oils, and sparkplugs had never been touched. BIG O never repaired what was promised on paper...it's a breach of contract. They committed fraud and overcharges every single time we bring our car to them. We will not be doing business with them again.
