      Sept. 2023: Ordered one SmartPalate system and prepaid 10 additional mouth pieces through my pubic school district and with funding from an outside grant source. Received 9 mouthpieces. Ordered a 10th one in April 2024 which has not been received. Started in Feb. 2024 with requesting help with warranty claims. In July 2024 finally received a prepaid shipping label, thus sent 4 mouthpieces and a Data Link for via an approved warranty claim in June 2024. Their phone number rings, goes to music and disconnects. The rep I worked with no longer works there (Ulises Rodriguez) and the assistant manager's email (Valentina Hurtado) is no longer working (my last email to her is undeliverable). I reached out twice to David Larsen (owner) through his Linked In phone number, but it goes to a company he no longer is affiliated with. They relayed my message to him, but he has not reached out to me. I have emailed twice through the company's online contact portal and through their Facebook messenger account twice. On behalf of the Berkshire Local Schools and the Martha Holden Jennings Foundation (grant source), we would like our complete orders fulfilled and warranty claims resolved or funds returned to purchase a system from a different company. Students and parents had hopes of this innovative product helping with speech sound impairments.

      I purchased a membership ($149.99) and products ($317.50) on 9/12/22 and 9/18/22 and never received anything. I got an email on 11/29 regarding the orders. But I cannot contact them to resolve.
