    This guy and/or his marketing partner called my number which is listed on the federal and state do not call list. He used a fake name and was shady about the whole interaction, claiming a third party was involved but unwilling to disclose who that third party was. Everything about these guys is shady, I'd run the other way.

    To clarify, Imperial Lending Solutions did not initiate the call in question. The call was transferred to us by our transfer team after you answered a set of qualifying questions related to your financial goals that is shown in our recorded calls. During our brief conversation, we aimed to assist you with your short- and long-term plans. Upon learning of your preference to be on the Do Not Call registry, we promptly resubmitted your number to the registry and removed it from our system to ensure no further contact. Additionally, we provided you with the transfer team’s contact information to address any further needs.
    We take your feedback seriously and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of customer care and compliance.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 23620370, and am dropping the matter.

    Please note that Imperial Lending used Connect and Close to make these telemarketing calls.  Connect and Close is a Colombian company which CAN NOT access the do not call lists (since they are not registered in the states) and is not registered in TX as a telemarketer.  Imperial Lending has been notified that Connect and Close is violating the Telephone Consumer Protect Act and TX do not call laws.  If they continue to use this company, they are doing so knowing this company is violating the law on their behalf.
