    Lets be clear these scams need to stop this type of reporting is only good for vantage scores and is only recognized by vantage. No lenders or banks nor the mortgage scores of 5,4, ands 2 even recognizes them. Save yourself time and money. Also if your lender Is requesting these services to you they are all scamming you and they must have some skin in the game or getting kickback off your hard-work and due diligence. You v m build tile scope multiple ways really fast by doing other things not this c*** I will leave 2 stars for the heck of it.

    We were referred to The Verification Company by our mortgage lender over at Fairway Independent Mortgage. *********************************** and The Verification Company went above and beyond our expectations and agreement with reporting rental history to my wife and my credit reports. I recommend to anyone needing that extra little push. Once our lease is up well be ready to purchase our first home.
