    On March 28, 2024, I prepaid for my neighbors' summer fruit tree spraying. My neighbors of 47 years are Dave and Linda Crotty, residing at **** * **** **** ****** **** ** *****. After I had hired SavaTree to do some work, my neighbor called them to give her an estimate and hired them to spray 4 fruit trees twice during late spring and early summer, which I paid for. Both treatments were done after calling to remind them each time. All of the fruit is inedible. Not only wormy, but rotten and mildewy inside. I sent pictures to the arborist and followed up by calling their Salt Lake 0ffice. It is over 48 hours and no one has gotten back to me. Now, all three of the Utah locations for SavaTree immediately disconnect after dialing the numbers. The original bill was for $1038.80, but only a portion of this was for spraying the fruit trees as I also paid for my neighbor's ash tree to be injected for preventive Emerald ash borer treatment. I believe, but am not certain, that the fruit tree spraying was $450 to $500 of the total bill. The paperwork was left with my neighbor, but I do have my American Express statement and photos of the fruit. A refund would be in order, but it does not take into consideration the loss of the fruit which my neighbors have always used. David sprayed these trees until last year when age and health became an issue. Linda is 95 and David died this April just shy of 98.

    I have received multiple bills from this company saying I owe them $600. I never requested or received services from this company. I have called and sent several emails, but they continue to send me bills. Now they are threatening to go to collectors. I’m not sure what else to do.

    I had a scale treatment performed on a few of my affected trees in 2023 by Atlas Tree Service. Since SavaTree bought the company and they merged, I received a notice of a 2024 services agreement; as in an automated subscription of services that I never asked for nor never agreed to. It says my services will automatically renew unless I notify them to cancel.
    As irritating as these aggressive marketing tactics are - putting the onus on me - I did contact them two months ago saying I did not sign up for, nor did I want any ongoing services. The person I talked to said, ok, they would take me off the list.
    Now, two months later I have received the same 2024 services agreement I never signed up for.
