    My lawn has been dry and pale yellow all summer. Community Solutions and Sales representative for ************* subdivision has been notified several time with no results.about my dead lawn. I pay my HOA fees in advance. So i have been charge for three months of lawn care i never received to keep my lawn alive.. My home has lost its top of the market value. It make me feel shameful to have such an unsightly lawn in front of my house. The stress and anxiety has caused a lot of sadness as well to think someone can collect my money for a service they do not render. If i don't pay they will put a lean on my home or take me to court. I'm beyond myself in worry and frustration over this problem.????????

    I moved into ********************** (managed by ***) in ******** back in 2014. The *** Fee at the time was $150 a month which wasn't too bad. Today, it is $282 which is almost a 100% increase in 11 years. I understand cost of living and inflation drive prices up but this increase is ridiculous. On top of that, in 2019, they increased the *** fee $50 a month due to them "never thinking about replacing the roofs." They had collected money for 15 years and not one dime went toward the potential roof replacements the townhomes would need. To make matters worse, they stated all $50 of that increase would go to the ****************** If you read the monthly breakdown of where our *** fee goes to, you would see that only $21 of that $50 was dedicated to the roof fund, the other $29 is **** Starting in 2025, they told us that they would be about $300,000 short on the roof fund and increased our rates another $37. Even with that increase, they still say we are going to be short. The cherry on top is that the single family homes around us pay only $40 a month in *** fees even though they get to use the same parks, same clubhouse, same pool, etc., as we do in the townhomes. They say it's because the *** don't pay for snow removal and landscaping, like that is worth an extra $240 a month. This management company is nothing more than a racketeering organization stealing money from everyone.

    Absolute crooks. Terrible at managing money and making smart decisions with your funds. If you find yourself unfortunate enough to live at a property managed by this company be prepared for outrageous and unjustified fee raises every year. Your services will drop like flies all while they continue to raise your monthly costs.
