    On 4/15/2022 went for exam and new RX lenses. I was convinced to try progressive lenses to which they only offered tier 4. The lenses showed to me had an hourglass field of view where the outer center was out of focus. (see diag 1) When I got the lenses I immediately noticed the "fisheye" field of view and commented on the oddity. I was told that is normal and my eyes will become accustomed to the new lenses. Two weeks later I return complaining of headaches and that both eyes could not see text in focus at the same time one eye or the other was blurry as I had to turn my head to get the other in focus, but then the other eye got blurry, due to a funnel (see diag 2) I was told I haven't given myself enough time to adjust and to wait a few weeks longer. TRUSTING their "expertise" I did. I returned again stating they will not work due to the "funnel" range and the fisheye view was giving me headaches and making me physically ill. I told them that I can't even drive with them as they severely distort my peripheral vision placing reality in a different location. (see diag 3) by making cars and intersections appear farther behind and below than where they actually were. I nearly had a collision because a car I passed appeared farther back than where they actually were, had I not turned and looked, they would have been hit. I got bi-focals instead as clearly the progressives were not made for my field of view and were making me ill every time I wore them. I got the new bi-focals on 6/7/2022 and can now drive and read just fine. No headaches, no getting sick while driving. On 6/16/2022 I noticed no refund had been sent to my bank. I inquired about the refund to Tammy, who then stated "no refunds" period.(on their wall, there's a big sign stating "NO CASH REFUNDS", nothing about NOT refunding EFT's. Tammy's excuse was "we made those just for you, we can't resell them." Glasses that cause pain and blurred vision are NOT made for the user.
