We hired ***********************, owner of KCRB LLC, to construct a newly built home for us, over a year ago. The project kept being delayed for weeks on end. We were told that it was due to supply chain delays. However, we found out later, that he was actually pulling his workers from our home project to work on another project. We also found out that he was using our bank funds on other projects, and basically funneling monies around to cover cost. We paid *********************** over $50,000 of our hard earned money in order to complete certain parts of the project. However, when the bank draws were wired to him, he never reimbursed us back. That does not include the over $25,000 that we paid out of our pocket for doors, septic system, attic installation, ceiling fans, lighting, mirrors, etc. In addition to that, we had to hire someone to clean up his construction debris. He left tons of trash in our garage, that we had to dispose of. There were people constantly coming by our house looking for him regarding work that he didn't complete with them. Working with *********************** and KCRB LLC was a nightmare! He owes us thousands of dollars. We are currently working with a local attorney to *** them. We have tried settling this with him, but he will not return our calls, so we have no choice but to ***. We have requested all receipts and paid invoices, but to no avail.
