First drop off of my vehicle 2/12/2022. I picked it up 3/8/2022. They rebuilt valve body and replaced stl solenoid. I spent $760 for this repair. On 3/21/2022 the car tarted showing same symptoms and trouble codes. So on 3/22/2022 the car was towed back to shop. I called them to let them know it was coming back and with the same problem. On 3/25/2022 i called and they told me they were very busy. I called on 3/31/2022 and said again they were busy but they would check the codes and they were waiting on a lift. I called on 4/5/2022 talked to Jeff and said he wohld call me after he spoke ATRA and he would call me in one or two days. I called again on 4/14/2022 because Jeff never called me back. Jeff said no one could give help him to determine what was wrong with transmission. Jeff said the best resolution at this point was to replace transmission with a used one. I gave him ok to replace. The transmission had to be shipped in. Liz called me on 4/23/2022 said the transmission had come in and they were going to install over the weekend and she aid she would call me Monday when I could pickup my car. LIZ NEVER CALLED. I called on 4/28/2022 she said Jeff was supposed to have called me. Jeff told me on the 4/14 that the computer was not setting any trouble codes anymore. Jeff never did call me to discuss computer issues nor did he get my consent to order and install the computer. This coversation is an extension from 4/28. At this point I was extremely pissed off and I was asking Liz questions she either couldn't answer or did not want to answer. Liz did tell me that now the computer was setting codes and could no be erased. I did ask her since the only problem with the vehicle was the transmission and that was the only thing replaced why was the computer replaced??? Liz said at the point she would have Jeff call to explain. This was on 4/28 This complaint is being filed on the 5/16/2022 and no one from Plano Transmission has called me. They do have both of my numbers.
