Have been using this company for HVAC service and maintenance since past 3+ years. Had a heater issue right after they serviced and they came the day after and gave a temp fix to heating which did not last long enough and as soon as I paid my service fee they stopped responding to my calls. Will not recommending them for reliability. Also the other HAVC company came in with a new board on a SUNDAY and fixed my issue just for $150 and Nove air quoted me $400+ for them same. SCAMMERS

Mr ******* Sorry for this bad experience And is fair to tell all the story, starting for the very low price we gave you for your AC unit (just the outdoor unit because indoor unit is older), we fix a water leak that we did not create and you blame us and we fix it and also fix your ceiling. (Just for customer satisfaction, we send you the invoice stating that you have a drainages issues and you said that you will take care of it) We check your heater in October 17 and in November 17 the board fail, we came and did a temporary fix (we didn't charge you for the fix) you just paid for the service fee Yesterday we order the board but did not get on time to pick it up and will be ready for Monday morning. (Because all this happens on the weekend) Is sad to rate a company based on one experience and not talk about all good experience you previously had, and based you experience just because manufacturer doesn't open the stores on weekends and you have to wait 2 days to have one of the two units you have fixed. If the $79 dollar you spend are hurting you that much to have all your fake accounts adding fake reviews let us know and we can return the $79 dollars for service fee you paid for the service we did Sorry again for not meet your expectations
In total you paid us $458 dollar for 2 years of maintenance for 2 units (about 6 visits) we check your systems and have you recommendations on parts needed to be replaced and you never allowed us to replace nothing, you just needed us to diagnostic your systems and you replace the easy parts your self, with this type of clients business go bankrupt in mater of months, in top or that, you blame us for the leak you create (we have evidence that we inform you about your drainage and advice you to not use it until drain is fixed and you said you will fix it yourself) and we paid $350 to paint your ceiling...


We have written evidence of all this and you have it on our invoices all this.

Stop making fake reviews of "interactions we did not do" (like the two you add with different names on Google) be honest and tell the true, don't be childish.
