They progress their students collectively instead of individually(based on reaching goal) and charge all students a minimum $60 belt test almost every month otherwise they hold them back. My daughter wanted to quit class so we submitted the cancellation, during the cancellation with ****************** stated you still have a week to change your mind. If you bring your daughter in a few days and pay for the $60 belt test AND she wants to continue class we will waive the following month tuition. Well I CALLED prior to coming to the belt test to confirm our deal, I then show up to the belt test and make sure I ask to confirm that our deal was still the same AGAIN and if she wanted to continue the following month would be waived, he smiled assuringly and said we would discuss it later. When someone smiles and says that you assume they will be honoring their word. Next days class he threw his sales hat on and began to gaslight me saying he NEVER said that and was only if I didnt submit the cancellation form. Well of course I became frustrated and he insults me saying he cant believe I speak that way in front of my daughter, gaslighting as if I was being loud or cursing. ******* is a professional gaslighter for sure. What a SCAM. I thoroughly spoke to my FOUR y/o daughter about staying in the class and convinced her to stay, only to have to quit anyways because an instructor cant seem to keep his word. Dont give promises you cant keep and then expect people not to hold you accountable. Waste of time. Just so everyone is aware, this establishment has been SUED several times for saying promises like this to several others and not following through. The way ****************** gaslighted me im not surprised. Always record your conversations with this salesman or ask for written proof. I certainly learned my ******* These lawsuits are public records if you dont believe me and want to search it. Not sure how many times they need to be sued before they quit their tactics.
