I spoke with an Agent who told me that my father had signed up for a life insurance policy and set me as one of his beneficiaries. (He never did, he was already insured with his own insurance company) this agent then ran on, and on, and continued to inconvenience me on my own time. They lied about my medical records just to prevent it from going to trial because in my opinion, they just wanted the quick money, from someone who knows nothing about life insurance. I called my father after signing up and he explained to me that he had never heard of this company before and that he was never insured with them. I then contacted my agent who signed me up and told her specifically I would like to be removed from the policy or I want it canceled as I am not interested in it. She then called me, and was rude and very unprofessional on the phone. I told her firmly that I do not care about what shes trying to sell me and that I regret signing into something I know nothing about, and that I want to be removed or it canceled and she rudely said okay and hung up on me. That months payment went through, and now it has come through again. I will now contact my bank and block all transactions from them, because this is ridiculous. I wish I could give 0 stars.Review from Joseph S

Terrible company! Angent signed me up for policy even though i specifically told them not to. Wouldnt give me any information on how to cancel policy or answer any text or calls from me till i threatened to **** Called company directly and they were super rude and said they couldnt help me get any of my money back and told me i had to cancel my policy myself and didnt apologize for any of my inconveniences.Globe Life Inc. I have been trying for 3 months to get an issue resolved with closing my policies. Everyone I talk to (at least 10 different people) has different information. Everytime I am told something it never happens .Then when I call back it starts from the beginning. Very unprofessional and time consuming.Globe Life Inc. Response

I would give 0 stars if I could. A rep has been coming to my door regularly for weeks. We do not have globe life insurance & have no interest in purchasing it. Stop sending your agents to cold call.Globe Life Inc. Response

Totally frustrated extremely difficult to get someone on the phone to make my payments every month the mobile globe app is a complete nightmare I've had this policy for 40 years or longer extremely disappointed and frustrated with this organization what I'd like to know from someone as soon as possible is there a cash value to my policy and I want to proceed or at least consider buying my cancer policy somewhere else this nightmare has got to end with globe and torch **** I have never had this much difficulty making payments to an insurance company or trying to get a human being on the phone to speak with I'm anxious for someone to help me resolve this issue with my cancer policy and globe torchmarkGlobe Life Inc. I found out that I have a life insurance policy on myself through a good friend of the family. I need for you to stop calling me. Im sorry if I wasted your time but I dont want your insurance anymore. Quit calling!!!!!!!!Globe Life Inc. Response

This company has terrible customer service. Mostly foreigners that you can't understand and when you tell them your problem they just act like they could care less. I would give them a negative 5 if I could. ABSOLUTE SCAMERS!!!!!Globe Life Inc. Response

I regret having opened two policies for my two children. First, they kept sending more and more mail to add grandkids of which I do not have, or to upgrade and increase the contributions. Second, as I made timely payments, my policies still somehow were no longer current. Each time I called I did not get a straight answer on the apparent hidden renewal fees that ended up being every three months. Third, Ive cancelled the policies and still continue to get marketing junk mail to my house from them after writing them formerly to stop sending it. They are a nightmare. They are nothing now what theyve claimed to be decades ago.Globe Life Inc. Response
