    My vehicle was originally towed to this business on 2/21/22. Today makes one entire month that I have been without a vehicle. On 3/8/22 payment was made and the Manager, Carrie Cross, stated the parts were ordered and the car would be ready within that week "3/15/22 at the latest". I called to check the status of the repair on 3/14/22 and was then informed that the parts were delayed and the vehicle would be then be ready by 3/18/22. The manager never attempted to inform me of the delay until I called. After multiple calls throughout the following week to check the status of the repair, the promised date of 3/18/22 remained. On 3/18/22 I still hadn't received any news and when I called at 4pm, Carrie told me that the vehicle was not ready and that it would be Monday 3/21/22. Again no attempt to inform me there would be another delay. Today 3/21/22, I was told by Carrie to pick up my vehicle at 4:45pm. When I arrived as told, only the mechanic was at the business and he said the car was not ready and to return on Tuesday 3/22/22. When attempting to call Carrie, she forwarded my calls several times then finally answered saying the car only needed to be test driven and that she had given the mechanic permission to do so. The mechanic stated "She told me to, but I don't drivers license". I then clarified with Carrie that she gave permission to someone with no drivers license to test drive my vehicle, at which point she said she would return to the business to test drive it herself. She refused to give me the owners number stating "I am the boss". After waiting until 6pm Carrie showed up and test drove my car. There were still issues that needed to be fixed. I am finally leaving the business at 6:31pm and will now be late for work (I am due there at 7pm) costing me more money. The repair itself was over $6000. I've spent hundreds of dollars on rides this month my car has been in shop after multiple delays. They are very unprofessional and this is unacceptable business.

    My check engine light came on in my vehicle. I brought it to their shop. Days later after, I was told there was a problem with the transmission. They didn't know to what extent but in order to find out how bad the problem was, they would have to look into it. I was quoted $587 IF I did not go with them and have my vehicle repaired at the shop. If I did choose to have it repaired at the shop, then my $587 would go towards the cost of the repair. I agreed. Time passes and I would call the office for an update. No response. Finally days later they quoted me at approximately $5,000 for a new transmission and they offered me financing. I decline their offer. I arrive at the office to pick up my car. The woman at the front stated that will be $587 CASH. I tell her that was never stated to me. Not over the phone. Not in person. Never did I see that policy posted anywhere in the shop or outside. Never signed anything that stated that. It was the first time I heard about it being cash only. She again states that $587 is a lot of money and that the shop could offer me financing. I decline. Again and again. Then she asks if I'm towing my car home. I told her no. I was planning on driving it out the same way I drove it in. She told me that my car no longer had a transmission. And in order to put my own transmission back into my vehicle it would $1427.00. My thought, if my car no longer had a transmission, what did you do with the parts? Did you assume I would have the work done at your shop? If there would have been an additional fee to put it back in, then why wasn't that mentioned at the same time as the $587? Where did that random fee come from? So why quote me $587? I was told the $1427 could be paid with credit card. AGAIN, I am offered financing. AGAIN, I decline. At this point I just
